The MEMOLUB® HPS lubricator is an autonomous lubrication dispensing unit, using a state-of-the-art positive displacement pumping system to provide highly accurate and low cost greasing or oiling. The MEMOLUB® has a superior mechanical design over alternative products, as the MEMOLUB® dosing pump delivers up to 24 bars of pressure. It can be directly mounted onto a lubrication point, or it can be remotely mounted up to 8 meters away from a lubrication point, or it can be dispensed through a distribution block to feed up to 12 lubrication points.
Many leading Australasian companies, including BHP, Rio Tinto, Coca Cola, Blue Scope Steel, Alcoa, Onesteel and Smorgon Steel use MEMOLUB® products extensively. BHP already has around 1000 MEMOLUB pumps at a single site in Western Australia.
