The Dallas DS1921 "THERMOCHRON" is a complete stand alone time and temperature tracker encapsulated in a stainless steel button measuring 16.25mm diameter by 5.89 mm thickness. Suitable for harsh environment and operating conditions, the Thermochron buttons are resistant to oil, grease, dirt and can even be submersed. Temperature is recorded at regular intervals (1 - 255 min) and stored automatically into the button's memory. The Thermochron contains a real time clock, a histogram area and data storage of up to 2048 temperature readings. At the minimum sampling interval of 1 min the memory capacity is filled after 1 1/2 days. At maximum sample interval, almost one year (362 days) of continuing temperature readings are stored inside the button. Multiple use or roll over option.
